About Alpha Mai Africa

A women-led social enterprise transforming lives through menstrual health and dignity.

Alpha Mai Africa began with a simple observation: girls were missing school because they couldn't afford sanitary pads. What started as a small initiative distributing reusable pads has grown into a comprehensive program reaching thousands of girls across Uganda.

We believe that no girl should miss school because of her period. Our reusable pads are not just products - they're tools of empowerment, enabling girls to stay in school, pursue their dreams, and break the cycle of poverty.
